PPS Coaching (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@ppscoaching.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you provide via enquiry or waitlist forms (name, email, organisation).
• Responses you submit through the resilience and performance diagnostic tool.
• Booking and payment information processed on our behalf by Paperbell and Stripe when you purchase coaching.
• Newsletter subscription details, handled by Substack.
• Basic website usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) via analytics.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver coaching and speaking services, process bookings and payments, send content you’ve asked to receive, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent (enquiries, newsletter sign-up), the performance of a contract (coaching services, bookings), and our legitimate interests (improving the site, understanding usage) as our bases for processing.

5. Who we share it with

• Paperbell / Stripe — booking and payment processing for 1:1 coaching.
• Substack — newsletter delivery and subscriber management.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Any transactional email or analytics provider we add, at which point this policy will be updated.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where that’s the case, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected — typically the length of a client relationship plus a reasonable period for financial and legal record-keeping.

7. Your rights
