1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging PPS Coaching’s services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.
2. Our services
PPS Coaching provides executive coaching, group coaching programmes, a self-serve diagnostic tool, and keynote speaking services. Service specifics, format, and pricing are confirmed directly with each client or event organiser before work begins.
3. Not medical or psychological treatment
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and the diagnostic tool does not provide a clinical diagnosis. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified medical professional or emergency services rather than relying on this service.
4. Payment
Coaching packages are booked and paid for via Paperbell, with payment processed by Stripe. Specific cancellation and refund terms for a given package are set out at the point of booking.
5. Intellectual property
All frameworks, written content, and materials provided as part of coaching, the diagnostic tool, or this website remain the intellectual property of PPS Coaching unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking or using the diagnostic tool, and to use the site and services lawfully.
7. Limitation of liability
PPS Coaching provides guidance and support in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, PPS Coaching’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
8. Termination
Either party may end a coaching engagement in line with the terms agreed at booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where appropriate.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
